Bonnie Schneider appears as a meteorologist as a meteorologist on CNN, HLN and other platforms. On March 30, 2012, she will be the expert on TV, executive, and producer of a DIY NETWORK special, entitled Last House ReSISTING. Bonnie's first book is EXTREME WEATHER published Palgrave Macmillan on January 31, 2012. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. Schneider also covered lifestyle, entertainment and other issues as Special Assignment Reporter three days per week while she was in Boston. Her previous position was as the weekend meteorologist at WFOR-TV, Miami. She held various reports and meteorology jobs, which included News 12 Long Island (a 24-hour cable television news network) as well as WXII-TV, both in Winston-Salem. Also, she worked for an affiliate of the CBS network in New York City as a frequent meteorologist filling in on The Saturday Early Show.
